At Artisan & Anchor, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order. Our goal is to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details when your package has been sent.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Once your package is in transit, you can use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to follow its progress.
Order Changes and Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at pricecollectivebrands@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update your details before the order ships, though changes cannot be guaranteed once an item has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting us. Artisan & Anchor is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to postal service issues. Should you need to file a claim for a lost or damaged package, you can do so at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve customers in North America. For international orders, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability and rates.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the carrier receives the package.
