Each item from Artisan & Anchor is thoughtfully made and carefully inspected before shipping. Because most of our products are handmade or produced in small quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Exchanges
If an item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pricecollectivebrands@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review the situation and, if appropriate, arrange an exchange or replacement at our discretion.
Exchanges are approved only for the same item (or an item of equal value if the original is no longer available).
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change within the initial processing window, please reach out immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to find a solution. Artisan & Anchor is not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to postal service issues. Should you need to file a claim for a lost or damaged package, you can do so at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Digital Products
All digital downloads, tutorials, and other non-physical items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged once delivered.
